Gmail

1. How can I change the default text style and size? Click on wheel icon located at the top right and select Settings to change the default text style.  I use it just to make sure my font size is set to normal as opposed to small.
   
   
2. How to view gmail in basic html. Go to https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=html&zy=h  There you will be able to set that as your default.  This option is not available when viewing gmail in standard mode.

4. Chrome Keyboard Shortcuts you can use these in Gmail and I believe Hotmail/Outlook
   
   
   Note: Ctrl+Shift+V = Paste without formatting.  I am not sure why this shortcut is documented almost no where.
