I have decided to retire Dock Conntent script in favor of using position:fixed. members who edit their themes can see the change. This allows the color list to stay in place when scrolling as opposed to the more stuttering movement that was seen before.
The member control panel has been fixed so that members can create and edit articles again. This was recently broken when streamlining the date columns for the tables that use date.
