Fixed a few straggling bugs with both anime and manga review forms where the delete button was present when creating a review and where an error message would display if there was insufficient server info to draw upon. That last one only happens in very rare situations.
I need to update the HTML Tags script to add the option to create colored text that is not bold. Also need to revise the look of certain buttons to more accurately portray how they look when used.
