1. The admin theme page has been slimmed down still further.
   
2. The themes were placed into a drop down menu.
   
3. The colors box was docked closer to the top of the page.
   
4. Added page specific css to the admin theme page.

The last thing to do is add page specific css functionality to the page.  I won't be doing it right away.  I'm still trying to figure out the best way to implement it.  I don't think it would look quite right if it were on the admin theme page itself.
