• Updated the most recently updated article and news item lists to list items that are newly created and have not been updated yet.  
  
• In the list of articles displayed the time since last updated will measure from the date it was created if it has never been updated yet.  
  
• Fixed a bug in the article lists where the date last updated was an hour off.

This is not how I originally intended to fix this "bug".  Originally, I had it so that the date last updated was the same as the date created if a file was newly created.  On further thought I felt that the date last updated should be left blank if it had never been updated before as this makes more sense.  After using the script this way I was about to go back to the way it was due to recently created files not being listed in the "most recently updated" lists.  It then occurred to me at the last minute to use a default value if the date last updated is blank.  This helps to stay true to the understanding of the word "updated" and yet make recently updated articles and news items visible.

When viewing individual newly created articles the "date last updated" will still be blank.  If this were the same date as the date it was newly created the reader would not know if the article had been recently edited or not within the last few hours.
