Made a few changes to the member pages.
- The form for the registration page has been streamlined.
- The confirmation password input is now in password form as well.
- There is a redirect in place for the theme editor page if a user is not logged in.
I am not sure what to do with the member themes if the member that created it has been deleted.
The email confirmation needs to be fixed too.
