I'm not even ready to make sense of the oral arguments as presented today. My initial gut reaction is that the U.S. Supreme Court will grant standing to Prop.8 and issue a sweeping rule against prop.8 in late June. We'll see how on the mark I am then.

Actually, it is best to wait and see how the Supreme Court rules instead of making wild assumptions like I just did. I should not have done that.
