Small update to the changelog feature for articles so that if it is a new article the timestamp will indicate that this the date it was created. If this is the first time an article has been updated since the changelog feature was added, then it will say "date last updated.". If this is a normal update, then there will be a space after the date of the update so that I don't have to keep adding the space (that was getting annoying).
It appears that only articles and news posts have a changelog feature. I may add it to other parts of the website later, but I really don't see the need for it right now and as I think about it it feels like it has the potential to be more problematic to have it.
