I fixed the downstairs bathroom lights. Next up is the upstairs bathroom light which will be a tiny bit more challenging. I have tomorrow off, so I'll try to do that tomorrow.
I just came up with a simple and inexpensive recipe using my new rice cooker. With 3/4 cup of brown rice, two scrambled eggs, a bit of salt, a little chicken broth, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, mix the ingredients together and you have a tasty meal for breakfast lunch or dinner. It looks good and is tasty. It's like a casserole to be honest.
