A new project with the house has suddenly taken precedence with the breakdown of the water heater in the basement. No hot water for the past two days. This is actually a blessing in that I get to use advantage of American Home Shield while it is still active. Some other benefits is that it causes me to rest and be patient a bit and I am also spending less money on hot water for a while.
My goal for this Friday, assuming I am not too tired, is to do at least something on the cement aspect of the house; specifically, the SW corner of the house.
