Really exhausted. It's mostly because I am taking another stab at eliminating caffeine. I'm just burned out from the energy rollercoaster and want off, so I decided to just gut it out with withdrawal today.
I also started another batch of jerky. It'll take a few days and last a while. It is about 33 lbs worth. This time I am trying it with hot sauce on some and varying thicknesses. I'll keep you posted. It'll take a few days to make it all.
