It was a really nice day today with a high of 71.  I was pretty tired/sleepy, but I have decided to not take a nap today and to instead work around the house.  I only did minor things this time.  I put velcro underneath my mini-lamp upstairs by my bed.  I'm not optimistic that it will help much.  It might.  We'll see.

I replaced 6 light bulbs with warm light bulbs.  I really like how the lighting has improved downstairs, but I'm not so sure about my bedroom.  I may have to think on how I want to change that.  Still, I think that warm light is better everywhere in the house than cool light.

I used my chop saw to cut through a good portion of the wood in my backyard.  I suppose I could have hired someone to haul it all away for $200, but I think it is better to do it myself and discover the logistics of it all.

I also went to the Chiro, dabbled with the cement in the basement, tried to contact the people hired to work on my water heater (and failed), and have been listening to the audiobook Son of Hamas.  Ideally, I'd like to trim my beard, and take a shower tonight, but we'll see.

It may not feel like much, but these little chores add up and it is good to write these things down so that I can realize that I have indeed been productive.
