updated the news page to display the correct category when adding a new entry to either the marriage, energy, or misc section.
This is an improvement as opposed to a bug fix because while it is true that adding a new entry to the marriage section would have energy as the category this was done as default data. In other words it was intentional.
The 77 or so broken links have finally been fixed.
