Site update 4.21.8

Fixed a few bugs in the memo blog program where the image displayed on the main page was the one with the highest id# as opped to the most recent.  This error would lead to the very rare problem of the wrong ID showing up.  Also corrected an error where memos could be incorrectly stored with an id# of "0" thus changing the default data.

I need a new list of website projects to keep me occupied.  

• In the memo blog admin page there needs to be a back, forward, and return to origin buttons.  done
  
• I would really like a comment form where anybody can post comments.  That would be nice and I really think I can do it too.  
  
• The code in the news page could be fixed, but that is really not that important at all, so never mind.  cancelled
  
• The config page needs options for changing the color of the text for the memoblog and the wordpress blog.  
  
• The default image for the archived memos does not appear to be upgradeable through the config page like it is supposed to be.  This is a bug. fixed
  
• The search feature needs to have the number of results to be displayed an option for the config page.  
  
• The check box for limiting search results could do with an update as well.

In articles the daily bible quote still needs many more quotes.  There need to be many more reviews for anime and manga.  I wouldn't mind a javascript program that can quiz visitors on their catechism.  That would be a nice program to have.
