HTML tags have been put into an include file, the PCRE for text formatting has been updated and pruned. I added another HTML Tag for quotes. In fact I think that at this point I can create a safe comment form for the casual user, however I would want to work on user cookies first so that users would have to log in first. The reason being that it would be too easy to pretend to be another user or to accidentally post a comment with the same username as someone else.
