site version 4.28.13

• search feature has been updated to version 4.0.  This is an almost complete rewrite of the code.  
  
• The checkboxes are now quite dynamic and fully integrated into the search program.  
  
• The display names for the tables can be set via the admin search page.
  
• The number of results per page can once again be set in the admin search page.  
  
• The bug that was eliminating results if a NULL value was found anywhere in the result has been fixed.
  
• some code has been simplified.

I am done with this script for a while.  Other improvements that could be made to the search program include using quotes around phrases, limiting results to 500.  The admin search page should have the code rewritten to make more sense; it needs more instructions now too.

No list of future improvements this time.  It is time for bed.
