minor security fix where private files were being displayed if the person had the correct ip address, but not logged in. Kinda hard to bypass ip address, so it is not too big of an issue. The titles were still inaccessible. Only the titles were visible. Anyway, it is fixed and the titles to the hidden files are no longer visible if the user has the correct ip address, but not logged in.
