The time it takes for my computer to boot up and load Opera and display the speed dial page is 1m12s. No need to defragment. 64.8GB used and 400GB available.
After defragging my computer, even though the disk defragmenter said it wasn't needed, it now takes 1m6s.
It seems like defragging is pretty helpful. Ideally, my computer will startup in 1 to 2 min. If it takes 3 or more minutes to load even after turning off startup process, avira anti–virus cleanups, and defragging then it is time for a clean install of Windows.
