well, the dash script has been disabled. The dash script has been around a long time. It was primarily used to make hyphens more visible and to create arrows like ––> as opposed to -->. Due to incompatibility issues and that the user (me) should be able to enter a hyphen and have it stored in the database as is I have decided to finally retire the script.
