I'm starting a new tag system for the news page.  All of the tags are still the same, but I am adding case numbers to cases that I am following.  

For example, zz:case1 lists all of the news items on Appling v. Doyle.  This will probably take a little while to sort through, but I think it will be a useful addition.

I am starting each case file with zz so that the those tags are listed after the more common tags.  If they are all meshed together it becomes harder to search through the growing number of tags.  I didn't give the tags case names and gave them numbers instead in order to keep the list of tags more readable.  I realize it may be slightly harder to figure out which tag is which by using numbers instead of actual case names, but case names change over time while file numbers do not and once you find the case you want to keep track of the user is unlikely to forget it and, lastly, it should not be too hard for the user to find the case they are looking for.

I feel like I am making a lot of apologies for this new system, but I feel it is an improvement overall and if I can think of a better system I will use that.
