Boil an Egg

strawberry banana smoothie
- Dannon Plain Yogurt 1 cup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 or 2 tbs sugar
- 4 oz ice cubes
- 2 bananas
- 4 oz frozen strawberries
Combine equal measures of flour and canned bread crumbs and coat the slices of chicken breasts. Fry in a pan of vegetable oil until brown. Check to make sure they are thoroughly cooked on the inside or 165 F.
Macaroni and Cheese
Boil some elbow noodles till tender. Wash and rinse in cold water to cool them.
Mix in a little milk and a little butter and stir in a brick of grated cheese on low heat till melted together.
Brown one tube of turkey meat.
Cut and chop up one clove of garlic.
Cut 1/2 of one onion.
Shred one brick of mozzarella.
Open one container of 4% cottage cheese.
Machine blend one 2 cans of sliced stewed tomatoes and one can of tomato paste. Add one tablespoon of sugar.
Stir in onion, and garlic into browned turkey meat. Add a dash of salt to the turkey browned meat if you want. Taste to be sure the garlic and onion are cooked and sweet.
Stir in the sauce with the turkey meat cooking them together briefly.
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook 12 strips of lasagna in boiling water.
Layer the lasagna with 3 strips of lasagna, then meat, then shredded mozzarella, then a few tablespoons of cottage cheese, then lasagna again, repeating as necessary. The last layer should have more cheese then the other layers.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Cook sauce and meat the same way as the lasagna. The onion is optional. I prefer not to use the onion.
Cook the linguine in boiling water till tender.
Brown one roll of turkey, cook with salt and 2 taco seasoning to 1 cumin.
Shred cheddar cheese, lettuce, dice a tomato and serve on a flour tortilla.
Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups of brown sugar
2 t. vanilla
in a separate bowl mix:
6 Cups of flour
1 1/2 t of salt
1 1/2 t baking soda
2 cups of chopped walnuts
4 cups of giardelli chips 60%
put spooned balls in oven at 350 for 10 minutes then cool for 5 minutes.
