After reinstalling Windows XP on my computer I noticed that the twitter feed for Silent Hill was missing. I thought this would be a quick fix, but it wasn't. Twitter appears to not support any 3rd party feeds like rss or atom or anything except their own hard to use Auth0. There is another workaround floating around the net just type http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.rss?screen_name=xxxxxx where xxxxxx is the name of your desired twitter account.
