The line that removed the line breaks before each list item has been disabled for now. It does not appear that it was operating correctly. It was as if the line break just before the <li> was being ignored anyway, so removing it was causing twice the line breaks to be removed.
The WMP11 bug has been fixed. I am closing in on the remaining album images. Many non music files have been removed. I still have a large "album" labeled "Unknown" that needs to be sorted through. Well over 400 files to sort through, so this will certainly take a while.
