I decided to start adding what I feel are significant quality to life upgrades to the home improvement list, such as a shaver or extra battery for the mower or a future leaf blower or snow blower as these are more permanent upgrades. For example, with the shaver I now no longer have to concern myself with buying electric shavers or disposable shavers as the Henson Shaver is designed to last for life. It will also help me to keep track of where I spend my money.
Significant upgrades and often take a fair portion of a given paycheck.
