Fixed a time bug in the Daily Bible Quote where the time on the main page was off by an hour. This was only noticeable between midnight and 1am if you checked the date on the main page compared to anywhere else on the site. With the fix I simplified the quote script slightly by removing variables that no longer do anything and extra parentheses that did nothing.
