The admin page for editing users has been created although I can't delete users yet.
Next up is to fix the registration page so that all the data gets entered into the database. At present only username, ip address, and password are submitted. That leaves 4 fields that are not as yet working. After that I want to create a user control panel where the user can set certain aspects of the site like theme, create new articles, see stats about themselves, etc.
